Nervous to stop meds

Hii,

I am currently 8wks4days with my 1st pregnancy after two failed FET. At my ultrasound today, my doc mentioned after week 10 they take me off the meds. They didn't mention cold turkey or taper. For some reason that made me super nervous! Like what if I miscarriage as soon as I stop the meds? Anyone else experience this type of anxiety?
