Palatal Tremor and Clicking Tinnitus After Gum Graft Surgery - Help!

question

I received a gum graft about a year ago, which healed normally. The graft was taken from the top left part of my palate, placed on the bottom left front teeth. Since then I have had a constant spasm in my soft palate (looks like the back of my throat is bouncing up and down constantly) and a clicking noise in my ears as a result of each spasm causing my eustachian tubes to open and close. My periodontist has said since the graft healed normally, he can't do anything to help. I've had MRIs to rule out any brainstem issues or neurological issues, went to a TMJ dentist who ruled out TMJ, have been to constant physiotherapy for dry needling (the palate spasm is causing severe muscle tension in my neck and jaw muscles) and visited an ENT to rule out any other issues. Have tried a few different medications and muscle relaxants but nothing helps :( the spasm is constant and the clicking in my ears is constant.

I'm really at a loss. I'm having a hard time finding anyone who has experience with this. Is it possible that the gum graft caused a severed or irritated nerve, that is now causing the constant spasm for a year now? Anyone?!
