Fat squirrel killed my car

Car didn’t start this morning so I popped my hood and found this bastard having its breakfast in my engine bay. Wondering if this replacement is something I could DIY. I’m decent with cars, but I know electronic stuff can be tricky. Should I just suck it up and take it to the shop?
