Basics are that when Shigaraki stages the break in before the USJ he also finds All Night's diary which he proceeds to put up on social media after the USJ attack. This reveals not only All Might's injured state to the world but also Izuku's status as his successor with a quirk that was passed down from All Might. Yagi tries to do damage control insisting it must be fake but then Sir Nighteye accidentally makes things worse. Due to this Izuku is a nervous wreck about everything and Bakugo blows a fuse as he believes Izuku shouldn't have the quirk. Inko has to move house due to safety reasons and there's an chapter of Izuku and All Might having to give an interview about the situation to try quelling the growing unrest.
