Seattle to Austin Debacle

So I was going to be flying direct from SEA-AUS tomorrow (Saturday) and out of no where today (friday) bam, Delta decides to cancel EVERY single direct flight to AUS for Saturday. Honestly, no clue why. Anyways I go to rebook my flight and get put on a 7:20am to ATL. WELL, about 30 minutes later that flight got delayed to 8:20am and the land time ended up being 20 minutes before my connector to AUS departed. Obviously, I am SO not making that flight. Best option at this point is to just book onto the next flight to AUS from ATL which will have me getting in about 6 hours later than originally planned but whatever, it happens.

Now here’s where it gets fun. I’ve been on hold now for well over FOUR hours and I think at this rate I’ll be here for 6+, maybe more! The app won’t let me change my second flight or try and find an earlier flight out of SEA & the chat bot is being a pain. I just got to my hotel so I’m waiting for a human to respond over chat.
