DAE date outside their race because when they’ve hooked up with the same race, it feels like they’re hooking up with a relative?

So my username only gives away my gender (woman) and I’ve hidden my history so people don’t make judgments.

Sometimes when I’ve hooked up with someone of the same race, they kind of remind me of my dad. My friend is the same way, saying women of the same race remind him of his sister.

Yet, I get so much flack for my interracial relationships so it’s kind of a struggle. Within my own community, I can get judgment from my relatives or from my peers as a “traitor.” Anyone else?
