panoxyl acne bar soap

i’m not diagnosed with anything, but i have had really bad boils under my chest and in between my thighs for like two years now - i haven’t tried anything but saw that panoxyl could help ? do any of you use the bar and if so does it work ? and i guess maybe should i see a doctor for them as well ?
