Acer Nitro V15 (RTX 5050) vs HP Victus (RTX 4050)

So the Acer has an Intel core in 13620H with the 5050, and the Victus has the Ryzen 7 7445H processor and a 4050. I had to get a refund on the Victus today due to it being delivered damaged (😭😭😭) so need to either replace or perhaps upgrade. Just heard conflicting things about the Acer Nitro V15.

Thanks in advance.
