I built a better Notes and Photos app for Apple Watch Ultra

I love my Apple Watch, but it was missing a few key features,

The default photos app is very limited. Zoom is capped at around 5x, which might sound like a lot, but on such a small screen it often isn’t enough. I couldn’t reliably read text in photos.

If you wanted a PDF on your watch, you had to screenshot each page, which completely ruined its quality.

There’s no official ChatGPT app for Apple Watch, and most third-party party wrappers i tried were too expensive and honestly not great.

So i spent the last 6 months learning and building CheatIt.

Before you assume it’s just another overpriced ChatGPT wrapper, it isn’t.

CheatIt fixes these problems:

\\\* Proper notes functionality,

\\\* A built-in Photos, and PDF viewer with a much bigger zoom limit.

\\\* Word document support coming soon

And all of that is completely free, with no ads, tracking, selling your data or anything similar.

\*\*The app is free\*\*, though there’s an optional $5/month subscription for AI access. It simply covers ai and backend costs (and supports my work).

You can:

\\\* Attach photos or documents and ask the AI questions about them

\\\* Start a chat on your phone and have it instantly sync to your watch (and vice versa)

If you want to check it out: \*\*CheatIt\*\* on the \*\*App Store\*\*

And seriously, \*\*thank you\*\* for reading this far. If you have any suggestions, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think.
