Sony XBR-65X900E

Tv needed to be restarted. Pushed the button . When Sony sign on black screen came up it holds there for a minute and automatically shuts the tv down . And then turn back on and keeps repeating . Had to unplug from the wall completely otherwise it will never stop turning on and off…. Anyone ever heard anything like ? Is it worth to repair? Suggestions ? TIA
