Genuine question..... Why does the Live Action look more like Power Rangers than a serious action show?

I'm not speaking on the dynamics or the writing of the show, it's very well written and whatever you want, but the actual action set pieces, CGI and costumes look like Power Rangers cheesiness that isn't even there in the original material

The costumes look stiff and the CGI looks great in some parts, incredibly mid in others, to the point where CGI heavy characters like Luffy are held back by how crappy it looks. Budget control aside, I feel they could've done that aspect much better

Before anyone starts complaining, I'm not saying the show is bad. I think it's very entertaining and well made all complaints aside, but having so many examples of serious action franchises to take inspiration from, they decided to make a Power Rangers looking thing
