Welp I’m back.

After 6 years out my sister was telling the owner of this small hole in the wall restaurant in the town I grew up in that I used to be a chef. So now on Fridays and Saturdays I come work 2pm to close doing fish fry on Friday plus regular menu and Saturdays nights I do nothing but cut and cook steaks. It’s waayyyyy more chilled out than any kitchen gig I’ve had but what can you except from a small Texas town of less than 700 people lol.
