Scrambler is still bugged

Scrambler is completely hidden on the minimap when running vigilance.. yeah you don't get the circle that blocks your view but you cant find it at all now. It should be a see through circle with an icon showing where the scrambler is so when the scrambler targets hkds youll know where the fuck the scrambler is on the map so you can go destroy it. How do these fucking developers fuck up something so simple?
