What am I doing wrong?

His damage is really low compared to everyone else's archer I see on here, he does maybe 150-200k on average and I can't clear either side of MOC12 with him, he either doesn't do enough damage to clear in a good amount of cycles or in sparxie boss's case dies during the fight (because he wasn't doing enough damage to clear the enemies). Everyone on the team has completely maxed out traces, I only arrow when I know I can get at least 4 skills in, I don't know what I'm doing wrong here
