Different art works of the same item/trainer card

So I’m relatively new to the tcg play scene and am looking to build a couple decks with what I have already from ripping packs. One of the decks I’m looking to build calls for 4X ultra balls. If I have 3 ultra ball from CZ (my preferred artwork) can I use just any spare ultra ball? Or would it need to be a 4th CZ ultra ball artwork?
