DISHWASHER THAT SHUTS ELECTRICITY OFF WHEN DRAINING WATER?

I moved into a townhouse in January and dishwasher was unable to complete a cycle and the electricity powered off mid cycle. I replaced it with a brand new dishwasher and the same thing is happening. This must be an electrical problem. Could anyone give me advice the quickest and least costly way to fix this? Please advise.
