Looking for nice, flat, greenish place for my CAMP

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good, greenish, pretty-adjacent (as green a pretty as you can be in the post-apocalyptic world) spot to place my CAMP? My current one is near the Morgantown train station. I love being close to it, but I can’t find a good flat spot near it. And I’m a moron and need a flat area to build on.
