Does SH and suicidal ideation mean I’m sick?

I’ve had people say they want me to be healthy and well but I’m not necessarily physically ill. I know my SH is considered mentally unwell but do people really use the word sick to describe us?

I am definitely addicted to SH-I need the dopamine rush to help me feel all the time. Maybe I am sick.
