How much does One Pace cut out?

I just started rewatching using One Pace, but in the episode where Zoro is tied up at the start by Helmeppo, One Pace cut out the scene that shows why he was tied up there (to save the daughter and mother running the restaurant). I thought they only cut out the necessary details and extended fights, so I'm wondering how much of the important stuff they cut out.
