Are the signs all there?

So I have been in the company over 10 years. I changed role last year (same department new portfolio).

Signs so far:

Gut feeling something is off Colleagues and management are a bit colder and distant Last performance review: partially met expectations Relationship with manager has always been professional but distant. We are not very close. There may have been some negative comments made by other departments about my work. But the person is known for complaining about everything.

Am I done for?
