does anyone know of any issues with these rentals?

we are looking at renting an apartment at 1136 Adelaide St North and 396 queens ave. we’re wondering if anyone has lived there recently or knows someone who has. I wanted to know if these places have any issues with pests like cockroaches and bed bugs since we’re trying to avoid these at all costs but at the same time trying to keep a reasonable budget (nothing over 1800 plus hydro). we are also currently facing a problem with noise from units around us and want to make sure the apartment we move into has good soundproofing. i want to find somewhere where we can settle for a few years or more since i’m tired of moving yearly because of poor management, soundproofing, etc. are there any red flags i should know about these places before submitting an application? i’ve seen a few posts for 1136 from 9 years ago about a really bad bed bug problem and 396 having cockroach problems and bad management from a year ago. any advice or other rentals to look into without breaking the bank would be super helpful!!
