Symptoms in third trimester.

I am officially 28+3 weeks pregnant. I have episodes where my heart will race/pound out of nowhere and it makes me feel weird. Happens a lot when resting and can last 5 to 10 minutes at a time. I have had my blood pressure checked at all appointments and it's been okay.

Has anyone else experienced this?
