17.3” EVA Laptop Carrying Case

Not sure if this is where I should post this, haven’t really found many other places.

Purchased an Omen 17(17.3”) and am searching for a carrying case. My old case was a Higher Ground Flak Jacket Plus 3.0 but sadly they only offer up to 15”. There’s a few things I loved about it that I want to carry over to my new case. Top loading(opens from the top but doesn’t fully open, practically enough to slide the laptop in and out) Exterior pocket for charger & mouse Shoulder strap & regular handheld straps EVA inner lining Fabric exterior lining(makes it look normal not futuristic/techy) Any ideas that would be awesome! Not looking to go to expensive!
