Single Member LLC & Individual Income Taxes
I am new to this LLC thing and trying to make sure I do the right thing when it comes to taxes. I am a bit confused and thought you guys could help me out.
I formed a single member LLC which gets revenue through 1099 contracts from other businesses. I receive the checks and deposit them to my LLC bank account. Then if needed, I will pay myself from that account.
I also work a full-time W2 job with zero deductions on my checks.
When it comes to taxes, should I be doing quarterly payments?
If everything gets done on my personal income taxes at the end of the year, should I pay extra from my W2 job and not do quarterly payments for the LLC?
I'm not sure how this works. I am in CA for what it is worth.
