Off of insurance and I can't get insurance, how to get my Adderall?

I was on Prozac and Adderall. I ended up getting Prozac through an app, but they don't provide Adderall. To be clear, I am dead broke. I am in debt so I make 2k+ a month, but all of it goes to my debt. There is no way for me to get insurance, even if it's only $50 a month. I literally lost 4 pounds this week from not eating because I couldn't afford taco bell CBR burrito lmao.

The issue is, I'm in engineering school and ever since I stopped the Adderall I cannot focus. I have an exam tomorrow and reality hit that I literally had 2 months to study and didn't study at all. I am still not studying. Last exam I did this too and got a fail. I cannot sustain myself like this. I am in Colorado attending community colleges if that helps. I also work at a club as a 1099 employee.

Is there anything I can do? If it was simply paying for the medicine I could find a way, but getting into a contract with insurance would not be doable for me. With medication, I can just decided to ration it when I'm low on $$.
