Psychiatrist basically refuse to give me services because of risk -- help?

Short story -- because of how vehemently I criticize behavior of Fairfax Behavioral Health, and criminal behavior of my father and mother, no psychiatrist is willing to earnestly serve me. They basically universally say I need to find a lawyer or generally refuse to document my percieved situation without detail.

Even when I explain detailed potential threats to the community, psychiatrists seem to ignore the situation except for telling me they'll call authorities if I seem like a personal threat. Too much professional inconvenience for reporting professional threats isn't up psychiatrists' alley.

Once you start asking about citizens' arrests for fraud, psychiatrists REALLY start failing to follow through with commitments.

What do the rest of Redditors who support seeing psychiatrists and mental health practitioners do in these kinds of situations? I'm half convinced that most people are incompetent or purposely misleading about options to deal with genuine psychiatric issues.
