quick question as a noob

hey peeps,

After getting my ass absolutely blasted off the face of the galaxy by continuous tritachyon persean league pirate and church colony crisises for daring to have a colony in the sector equivelent of timbuktu, I decided to get a commission from the perseans like a little B, and AI core up my first colony.

I'm under the impression that this is supposed to get the heggies to bugger off, but i've still got inspection fleets in my system, and they are contributing to the meter.

Does it meant to stop them like I thought, or is it more the persean league will show up to help me when they finally launch the anti chatgpt inquistion?
