Arizona Divorce – Husband offering $1,500 in Summary Consent Decree, wants YouTube channel deleted. Am I giving up rights?

My husband and I are trying to finalize a Summary Consent Decree in Arizona, but I’m worried I may be giving up important rights.

Some facts:

• He makes about $81k/year and I make about $49k/year

• My job does not offer health insurance (I took it because he said I would be on his plan)

• Two weeks after I started the job, he separated from me

Assets / issues:

• We own a house together and he recently agreed we would split the costs of selling it 50/50

• He is leaving with about $13k worth of property, I am leaving with about $4k

• We have a monetized YouTube travel channel we built together

Disputes in the decree:

• He is demanding the YouTube channel be permanently deleted

• I asked to keep the videos for memories (not revenue), but he refused

• He is offering a one-time payment of $1,500 within 7 days of divorce

The decree also states:

• No spousal maintenance now or in the future

• Permanent deletion of the YouTube channel

Additional situation:

• He changed the locks on our jointly owned home and called the police on me previously

• Most of my belongings are still inside the house

• He is currently packing my things for me

My main question:

Under Arizona family law, if I sign this Summary Consent Decree:

• Am I likely waiving significant rights (spousal support, property claims, etc.)?

• Or is it possible that filing normally and letting the court decide could result in a more balanced outcome?

He is pressuring me to sign this week while he is in town.

Any insight into how courts typically view situations like this in Arizona would be greatly appreciated.
