Question about a flair/tag: What does "All right, Hamilton!" mean or refer to?

The most I know is that founding father Alexander Hamilton lived a portion of his life in NJ (ironic that his play is home on Broadway, next door/state over). But what does the tag or flair indicate on this subreddit?
