Ways to Learn MyRadar and Radar Omega for Dummies!

Is there any website, video, etc. for how to use these radar apps in simple terms? I have learning challenges. I've tried using the app instructions, I looked on YouTube, and everything looks so hard to understand.

I really wanna learn how to read them, especially since this subreddit might be removing warning posts (not mad about it, just commenting).

I am NOT dumb. I just need guidance. Thanks.
