Ever since CS2 came out, i have not been able to run it smoothly without Vsync On

My system: Laptop 90hz display GPU : Rtx 3050 6gb variant Ram : 16 GB ram CPU : Ryzen 7735HS

The game runs smooth when vsync on with a stable 90fps

With vsync off.. i get 150 fps but the gameplay feels constantly jittery

I have tried everything, messing around with every Nvidia, amd, and in game setting, capping the fps with RTSS

Tried multiple driver versions, reinstalled windows.. i tried everything

Side note : I don't have Gsync because the laptop display is wired through the integrated AMD GPU

I'm playing the game fine with vsync on, i just wish i could finally find a solution to my problem

Does anyone face the same problem as me? Did you find a solution?
