When did amazon stop allowing sellers to sell tanks? Only little cartridges now?

When did that happen? Just ordered some 1364g tanks a few months ago.

Gonna miss my free shipping. What's the best way to go about this nowadays to get tanks like that for lowest cost? I'd even settle for some 640g tanks tbh.

Unfortunately folks won't refill the refillable tanks in my area unless your tight with them or have a legit coffee shop or alike.
