I am filling the DND 4585 questionnaire and in Section 5 it asks for medications (prescription and non prescription) used in past or current.

For: Cream - do spf, moisturiser or antiseptic cream count as yes? Eye drops - over the counter eye drops for cleaning eyes as yes? Prescription medications - back home will get prescription medications when sick such as normal bacterial infections never got a prescription medication in canada. So yes? Vitamins and supplements- costco vitamins count as yes?
