CIELO tek went well till EA Recovery- Now cloudy

I have done a number of runs of CIELO on 100g material now, getting 2% yield and think it is a most excellent tek, thank you. But, I have a problem. After the recovery process, the EA remains cloudy and will clog filter papers quite quickly.

• Ensured initial mix of material and lime was not too dry and has been mixed in a stand mixer for 10 minutes, while checking for any dry spots.
• Kept pressure to a minimum on the french press handle
• 5 pulls, all very clear that went thru filter paper well. Litmus paper test on pulls 4 & 5 showed I got nearly all the salts
• Mag-stir with addition of Fumaric acid; immediate crash out of 2g approx powder
• Reclaim: 1Tbspn Washing Soda, 1 tspn water
• Cottage cheese
• Cloudy EA :(
• Add 1 Tbspn water and wait 12 hr
• still cloudy

Is this a case where the washing soda I have is perhaps impure? Wasting EA is making me sad and I would be grateful for any suggestions.
