Nothing I am trying is working

I still have this cold and cough and nothing I am doing is helping but I've been getting this really bad tickle in my throat so frequently that makes me nauseous and makes me feel like I'm going to gag. Every cold and cough medicine I've taken I can't take anti nausea meds with it. I have tried so many things to make this cough go away and nothing at all has helped. I've tried shower steam, multiple different medicines, a cold and flu shower scrub, a humidifier, vapor rub, cough drops. Nothing is helping. Any advice to get rid of this shit would be great, I can't take this anymore.
