What pre/post emergent chemicals should I use to kill/prevent Horseweed in my bermuda lawn? (North Alabama)

Horseweed is by FAR the number one weed in my yard and neighborhood. I sprayed it last year with Roundup and found its actually resistant to it, so I hand picked them all season.

Thinking about trying Celsius WG for the current weeds, and then spraying Isoxaben now (early spring) and prodiamine in the Fall for prevention.

Do I need a surfactant for the Celsius?
