[KCD2] NPC using phones?

So i have been in Kuttenberg and getting accused with something I didn't did... anyway, while going out of Kuttenberg, the NPCs outside the town are also screaming "you are the murder" or "I have witnessed murder" when they see me BUT they can't actually rly know anything? I mean, they were OUTside the town minding their own business.

So also a question: is there a mod which fixes that? Cause it rly breaks the immersion for me😕
