In need of help (GW2)

So I'm in a confusing situation. First off, I want to point out some details to make my problem easier to understand. I play GW2 on Xbox. I have 2 different accounts, one of them being my main account and also where I have the most progress on the game obviously. Just to be able to rediscover the game, I decided to play the game on my second account, where I don't have any progress on. When checking the mail in the letter box in the lobby, I found an offer for the deluxe version of the game for only 10 €. I thought about buying this version on my main account but when I logged onto my main account to but the deluxe version, the offer in the letterbox wasn't there. So I tried to look it up on the Microsoft store and it was indeed there, but the price was 30 €

So my question is : If I buy the 10 € deluxe version on my second account, could my main one also benefit from it ? PS : Last week, I also bought a pack to unlock the Midnight Chomper with my main account and a few hours ago, when I logged on my second account, I also got the Midnight Chomper. So this makes me think that I could actually get the deluxe version of the game on both of my accounts if I buy it with my second account, but I would like to be sure.
