Favourite stand-alone episodes?

I love episodes where we don't just continue off from the last one, but instead start a story and end it in the same episode.

I feel like a perfect example would be the "I saw what I saw" episode from season 6, where a patient dies and no one wants to declare her time of death or claim her as their patient. And we get to look back and see what lead up to this and whos at fault.

Or the "Golden Hour" episode where we spend the entire episode with Meredith during her ER shift, from start to end.

Even the one where Callie gets sued by that athlete that ended up paralysed and we look back to see what lead to this.
