Done with Fortnite. How about you?

I posted this in the mega thread but I'm just posting it here too, its not like the v bucks thing is the only reason but its definitely 'the last straw' because I'm aware the guidelines say to post the vbucks complaints in the thread. I think I'm done with fortnite tbh. They can't even let us get the little scraps from the battlepass ridiculous, its realistically not even alot in the long run at most a free to play player would be able to buy llike 1 good skin every 2 seasons. The thing is I am willing to spend money on the game but oh my goodness I would never give Epic games my money unless they bring one of the few IPs I have a soft spot for. I don't see any reason why it should be standard to charge a consumer $20 for ONE skin that has no cost of production and an infinite supply and now its more than $20 come to think of it so there you go. Just a collab slop, I play this game when I used to consistently play a few months ago where I would count the amount of collabs I see, every single time it was 8-10 or sometimes 12 and only one small section with original skins, even then the skins would be the same few on rotation or stay in the shop well after they were supposed to leave. I don't know any of these brands or characters and they just clutter up the shop for days at a time which as I mentioned before is why when the shop does refresh it barely changes.

They also made it significantly harder to level up, grinding the battlepass is the only reason I really play and i sat down and calculated it and i know that I lost at least 80 levels just because only 3 daily quests could be done per day. Its not even like I enjoy playing this game most of the time but I kept coming on just to get some xp and even then I felt like I would have to play for hours longer than I even wanted to until it became a chore just to get a decent amount of levels when it felt like in an older season I would've gotten that naturally in a play session. If it wasn't for the crazy red vs blue map I think I would've stopped a long time ago. I just don't get it its like the only player they cater for is the fortnitians who sleep thinking of fortnite then go to school thinking of fortnite, then come home and the only game they ever play is fortnite and then go to fortnite church every Sunday. I have 700 hours on the game but that's over multiple years so I would still consider myself a casual especially considering my skill level mostly caused by the hundreds of ping I get but that's not entirely epic's fault.

There's also some notable bugs like the map being distractingly off center when you zoom in and not fixing itself, reload matches taking 10 minutes just to 'download' like if I haven't played reload before, your character being stuck sprinting for the entire game just to think of a few I'll probably update and add more if I remember but this post will probably get taken down anyways. Another thing is the robloxification of fortnite. The netflix mode selector that takes several minutes to load until you make a fool of yourself by having to admit you have nothing better to do than stare at a loading screen for several minutes or to just close the game. All of that just to play one of the 3 modes that I will ever touch being br, crazy red vs blue and idek. Idk if the loading thing is just for me though someone tell me but either way its hard to navigate.
