amoxi clav/no smell or taste

so i just got over a really bad cold, i had lost my smell and taste in the beginning of it..my smell and taste eventually came back once i got better from the cold. had my senses until suddenly one day my nose became extremely clogged, pressure in sinuses all that fun stuff. now THIS wiped out my taste and smell when it had just came back :( went to the doctor today and was prescribed amoxi clav 875-125 and diagnosed with sinusitis or bacterial sinus infection. will i have success?? pls say yes
