Men with rejection sensitivity, how do you deal with dating?

At 30, I've pretty much never have had any luck with dating. Online dating has gotten no where beyond a handful of dates that never went anywhere. Any woman I have asked out in person has said no.

How do you guys deal with the rejection? It hurts so much, and I swear each time hurts more than the last (especially when I really like someone). I hate having to deal with this
