Dasher app on a tablet?

New Dasher here and I have a question.

Apologies if this has been covered before or is in the wiki but I looked and could not find it.

Is anyone successfully running the Dasher app on a tablet that has its own connectivity or via a mobile hotspot?? ( cell phone / car, etc).

The vehicle I'm using does not have in-dash navigation and I would like something larger than my phone.

I know I could simply use Google maps etc on the tablet but I'd like to maintain the integration of the Dasher app instead of using a standalone mapping app
