Seeking guidance on niqab, covering eyebrows/hands, and authentic Islamic learning

This might be a slightly long post since I have a few important questions, and I would really appreciate guidance from anyone knowledgeable or able to share authentic resources.

I am a niqabi, but I currently do not cover my eyebrows or hands. Recently, as I’ve been learning Islam more deeply and striving to practice it more seriously, I have been considering covering them as well. While researching this issue, I noticed that scholars have differing opinions, which has left me a bit confused. If anyone can guide me to authentic and reliable scholarly resources about covering eyebrows and hands, I would be very grateful.

Another concern is that covering my eyebrows might be seen as “too extreme” by people around me. My parents are generally supportive, but not fully on this matter. Sometimes, in certain social situations, wearing the niqab feels very challenging. I often choose silence to avoid arguments, but I still feel conflicted and unsure of the best approach.

For context, I come from a non-practicing family. I have mostly learned Islam on my own, which sometimes makes me feel underconfident when discussing religious matters with them. I also try to avoid sounding sectarian. It’s inspiring to me that I’ve been able to encourage others to take hijab, yet I struggle to convince my own family, which is heartbreaking. They do not pray regularly, so guiding them in religious matters feels even more challenging.

Regarding Islamic learning, I am looking for a structured program or course paid or free that covers:

• Tafseer and seerah
• All hadith
• Discussion of contemporary issues and real-life problems
• Certification

Finally, I would like guidance on the best resources for researching Islamic questions and clearing doubts. Currently, I use IslamQA, but sometimes it is difficult to find precise answers to specific questions.
