MD Statutory Residency Status Causing me to owe State Taxes for 2025?

I worked in Maryland for the entirety of 2025, but I moved from WV to MD in late May. I updated my address with my employer promptly, but while trying to file my taxes I am being estimated to owe nearly $1000 to Maryland. Additionally, my W2 shows only MD on it and not both states but properly reflects what I earned while living in MD. Do I need to file both states as part-year residence or file a full year for MD?
