Considering commissioning a custom Celtic piece

Want something with my family's specific county symbols worked into a Celtic design. Haven't seen anything like this premade. Anyone have experience with custom Irish jewelry? How much should I expect to pay for quality custom work? Need a jeweler who actually understands Irish symbolism not just someone who can copy a Celtic knot pattern. My family is from Clare and I want to incorporate something specific to that region, maybe the cliffs or specific historical symbols, into a wearable piece. Is this something Irish jewelers do or am I asking for something too niche? Budget is flexible if I can find someone who can execute this properly. Would rather pay serious money for something meaningful and well made than settle for generic Celtic designs.
