Trying to piece together a pc

I have these two listings local to me, wondering if this should be a solid combo for the price

I’m trying to get a PC that’s good with multitasking, ai compatible, maybe some light 1440p gaming. I don’t know how far down the AI rabbit hole I’m gonna get so the high V ram cards caught my eye. I know 16 gigs is considered the minimum standard now, so I’m not sure if I should go with a 3090 or something newer
