I am so FULL all the time

Been on 5mg of Tirz with B6 via BPI for about a month now

And, I have no appetite. I eat and I feel like I could vomit with fullness
Protein, water, bowel movements, sleep, exercise, and strength training happening as it should

It's so uncomfortable!
