Cleared Focus, after 6 months, what next?

Hi guys, my manager in a 1:1 confirmed that I've cleared Focus that lasted 6 long months, and yet received no email confirmation of it being closed? This was 3 weeks ago.

Today, when work was assigned to the team, I was given 2x and I called it out in a 1:1 that I literally have 2x the work, which is extremely high, resulting in 14 hours/day work, and yet, he says no that I have to do it. I wanted to throw a hard punch that time cause I can see them play around.

Its upsetting to see after 8 years at this company. And im now, mentally done.

Whats next for me since I know i won't even get a hike this year?
