Looking for a good blue, black, green Commander for a budget deck

I don't mind modifying a precon, I just got into mtg and Commander and have a modified Mardu surge deck and love it.

I was thinking of shaking it up and trying blue green and black, I've never really done anything with blue or green before. Any tips? I'm trying to keep the idea hopefully well under 200$ so any Commander that can work with a deck that price would be an awesome suggestion. I don't really need a deck list or anything just a Commander suggestion.
